Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor high-performing sales representatives
  • Lead weekly sales meetings, morning huddles, and training sessions
  • Set and monitor KPIs: close rates, gross profit margins, appointment tracking
  • Utilize CRM systems (AccuLynx, SalesRabbit, CompanyCam, Hailtrace) for accountability and performance tracking
  • Attend inspections, adjuster meetings, and assist with deal closings as needed
  • Collaborate with production and administrative teams to ensure project completion
  • Foster a high-energy, purpose-driven team culture aligned with Christian values

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in roofing and home improvement sales
  • Proven ability to build, train, and lead successful teams
  • Strong communication skills and a motivational leadership style
  • Tech-savvy and experienced with platforms such as AccuLynx, SalesRabbit, and Google Drive
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Sales coaching or leadership certifications are preferred but not required

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend requirements
  • 5.5-6 days per week depending on season and project volume

  • Hybrid work model based in Edmond, OK
  • Sales territory includes Oklahoma City metro and surrounding communities in western Oklahoma
