The Fraud Specialist I is a Customer Service Support representative who will be responsible for investigating and resolving disputed accounts with claims of fraud from consumers.

Summary

Roles & Responsibilities
- Use investigative and analytical skills to resolve consumer fraud disputes.
- Research and verify accuracy of dispute documents.
- Process dispute documents.
- Seek to improve overall customer experience.
- Properly update and document all operating systems and Customer Service applications as appropriate.
- 0.5 to 1 year(s) of Fraud experience desired
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Computer proficient with efficient typing skills
- Ability to identify process gaps and trends
- Flexible in handling sudden work adjustments
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Demonstrates problem solving skills by analyzing account anomalies and proposing solutions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college or equivalent work experience preferred
