Wage band range $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. However, starting pay is ultimately determined by the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity.
Under the guidance of the Regional Director, Ventura Services is responsible for overseeing all aspects of direct care and supervision in campus-based residential programs. The Assistant Director of Campus Services provides direct oversight to the Facility Manager Team and Recreation Therapy staff, ensuring smooth coordination and integration of services across departments. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Community Care Licensing standards (STRTP and Group Home regulations) agency policies; and collaborating with agency leadership to develop and oversee program budgets and strategic planning.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (illustrated By Typical Activities)
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, percentages, and ratios. Ability to apply concepts of basic Algebra. Ability to design and maintain a budget.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Valid driver’s license is required for transporting youths.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (illustrated By Typical Activities)
- Manages all aspects of direct care, supervision, and daily operations of STRTP and Group Home therapeutic programming and non-clinical activities. Ensures client safety, security, and engagement in a structured, trauma-informed environment.
- Collaborates with the Facility Manager and leadership team to manage direct care staff scheduling. Provides regular observation and feedback on the cottage milieu to support a safe, therapeutic, and developmentally appropriate living environment.
- Interfaces with clients, families, and community partners regarding program activities, policies, procedures, and grievances. Reviews and responds to complaints made by youth or their authorized representative(s) in collaboration with the Quality Improvement Department.
- Manages the recruitment, appointment, evaluation, training, and termination of staff in consultation with Human Resources team members.
- Reviews incident reports and collaborates across departments to ensure appropriate follow-up reporting and safeguards are in place. Serves as liaison to CCL and provides updates as needed. Collects data, prepares reports, and presents findings on campus-based activities and incidents. Assists with TYS program needs as necessary.
- Works collaboratively with clinical and educational leaders to ensure direct care staff provide care and supervision that aligns with individualized treatment plans and supports educational and physical needs.
- Maintains confidentiality in all organizational matters.

- Participates in and schedules On Call Administrator rotation for leadership team.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Master’s degree in social services or related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with severely emotionally disturbed children/adolescents.
- 3 years’ administrative and supervisory experience preferred.
