Job Overview

All Dry Services of South Suburban Chicago is actively hiring two full-time Project/Crew Leads to support our growing Field Operations team. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in construction or carpentry who take pride in their craftsmanship and excel at leading small teams on-site. You'll oversee 3-4 crew members at job sites, ensuring that work is executed with precision, professionalism, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a crew of 3-4 technicians on-site to execute construction projects
  • Oversee the setup, monitoring, and breakdown of drying and dehumidification equipment
  • Perform demolition and construction work
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines
  • Train and guide team members to uphold company procedures and customer service standards
  • Communicate job status, issues, and updates to supervisors and clients
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization at job sites
  • Complete job documentation using digital tools and apps
  • Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment required for project completion

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, or related field
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate small crews in the field
  • High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physically fit to perform hands-on labor and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Comfortable with daily use of software, including CRM and project management
  • No formal education or certifications required-but leadership and field experience is essential
  • Project Estimation Experience a plus
