Premier Auto Lounge, a boutique luxury automotive dealership, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our fast-paced team. In this role, you’ll serve as the organizational backbone of the dealership—playing a vital part in operational support.
You’ll work directly with ownership and department leadership to assist with daily administrative tasks, dealership reporting, scheduling, title/tag coordination, and customer communication. This position requires someone who can juggle multiple responsibilities with precision, initiative, and professionalism—all while contributing to a high-end, client-first atmosphere.

What You’ll Own
Admin Support & Communication
- Answer calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
- Manage team calendars, appointments, and follow-ups
- Coordinate vendor appointments and deliveries
Dealership Operations
- Update inventory in DealerCenter (upload photos, create window stickers, manage listings)
- Track KPIs and prepare daily/weekly reporting for leadership
- Run titles, tags, lien releases, and post office errands
Customer Experience & Marketing
- Respond to social media inventory messages (Instagram, Facebook Marketplace)
- Support inventory-related posts and communication
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in fast-paced admin or automotive settings
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear, professional communicator with top-tier customer service instincts
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using inventory software (DealerCenter experience a plus)
- Valid driver’s license; manual transmission skills preferred but not required

Location: On-site in Pinellas Park, FL
Hours: Full-time | Monday–Saturday | 9:30am–7:00pm
