Previous experience in a law firm setting is preferred, as this position collaborates closely with the Managing Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media initiatives.
- Organize client development activities, including but not limited to mail campaigns, event planning, and promotional item orders for conferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure marketing efforts align with our firm's goals and brand standards.
- Coordinate and execute client events, seminars, and webinars, handling logistics like invitations, catering, and venue arrangement.
- Maintain and update the firm’s client database. Generate reports and analyze data to support business development efforts.
- Oversee inventory of promotional items, ensuring timely ordering and distribution.
- Conduct research on industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to the Managing Partner.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role, preferably within a law firm.
- Familiarity with Maximizer CRM is preferred.
- Proficiency in managing LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or similar.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think strategically.
