Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-end residential remodeling and construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop accurate estimates and submit competitive bids
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and job site activities
- Maintain project budgets, schedules, and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and vendors
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and progress
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Contribute to the growth of our insurance restoration business by leveraging industry connections
- 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling and construction project management.
- Strong skills in estimating, bidding, and on-site supervision
- Existing relationships with subcontractors highly preferred
- Experience or connections in the insurance restoration industry is a significant plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
