Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Americas regional finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience. You will play a key role in supporting our financial planning and analysis needs, driving process improvements, and contributing to critical business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and analyze expense forecasts in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage the PR/PO month-end accrual process and support other month-end financial close activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management, delivering insights that drive business growth.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of the annual operating plan, including data gathering, model building, and scenario analysis.
  • Contribute to the rollout, management, and continuous improvement of our new travel and expense management platform.
  • Identify opportunities to automate financial and management reporting.
  • Perform ad hoc financial modeling, variance analysis, and reporting as required by leadership.
  • Communicate financial insights and analytics clearly to diverse audiences across the Americas region.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting, or a related function.
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization) and PowerPoint (presentation and executive summary skills).
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems or travel & expense tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Query, macros, or other reporting solutions) or a willingness to learn is desirable.
