What You'll Get

Base Salary

  • Starting at $55,000+, based on experience in coaching, leadership, or working with children

Monthly Performance Bonuses

  • Tier 1: +$1,000/month
  • Tier 2: +$1,500/month
  • Tier 3: +$2,000/month
  • Tier 4: +$2,500/month
  • Tier 5: +$3,000/month

Top performers earn up to $90,000+ per year (base + bonus)

What You’ll Do

As a General Manager, you're not just running a center—you’re building a team, a culture, and a movement.

This is not a typical 9-to-5. The best GMs thrive in a dynamic environment, show up for their teams and members, and take ownership of their center’s success.

You’ll Lead

  • A high-performing team of coaches and leaders
  • Weekly coaching (3–5 classes) to stay close to the mission
  • Sales and member growth through community engagement
  • Daily operations, staffing, and team management
  • Recruitment, hiring, and development of coaching talent

You’ll Own

  • The vibe – Keep energy high and culture strong
  • The numbers – Drive performance, growth, and retention
  • The experience – Build an environment families love
  • The brand – Be an ambassador in the local community

Who You Are

  • 1–3+ years in leadership, sales, customer service, or operations
  • Background in education, fitness, youth programming, or coaching is a big plus
  • A natural leader who motivates and builds strong teams
  • Energetic, problem-solving, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working weekends—when our families show up, we do too
  • You’re hungry to learn, lead, and grow

Required Certifications (can be completed post-hire)

  • CPR
  • First Aid
  • EpiPen

Physical Requirements

  • Active, energetic presence on the floor
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever needed
