What Will You Be Doing

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounts payable operations. This includes processing invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, reconciling vendor accounts, and maintaining thorough records to support internal controls and audit compliance.

What You Need To Succeed

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in accounting or finance preferred.
  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience or general accounting experience
  • Proficient in Accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organization and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dead-line driven environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow up on pending issues.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish
