ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer.
  • Composes and types routine correspondence.
  • Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.
  • Answers telephone calls and arranges conference calls.
  • Coordinates manager's and/or team’s schedule and makes appointments.
  • Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations.
  • Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports.
  • Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
  • Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
  • Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
  • Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance.

Education And/Or Experience

High School Diploma, or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Skills

COMPUTER SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
