Position: Dietary Manager
Edenbrook Oshkosh, part of the Eden Senior Care Network, a skilled nursing facility in Oshkosh, WI, is seeking a Dietary Manager for our wonderful facility! The successful candidate for the role of Director of Dining Services will be a talented and motivated Dietary Manager with compassion and a desire to provide the best nutritious meals for our residents.

Position: Dietary Manager
Edenbrook Oshkosh, part of the Eden Senior Care Network, a skilled nursing facility in Oshkosh, WI, is seeking a Dietary Manager for our wonderful facility! The successful candidate for the role of Director of Dining Services will be a talented and motivated Dietary Manager with compassion and a desire to provide the best nutritious meals for our residents.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and maintain nutritious menus for residents, with an understanding of clinical aspects related to food in the Skilled Nursing environment
- Manage staff in the kitchen environment
- Schedule staff for proper service to residents in a timely fashion
- Ordering kitchen supplies as needed
- Oversee and ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas
- Customer service orientated
- Certified as a Dietary Manager or possess at least an Associate’s degree in food service or Culinary Arts
- Experience in long-term care is preferred
- Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
- Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
