RN Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering direct nursing care in alignment with residents’ individualized care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments with precision and care
  • Monitoring residents’ conditions and coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Supporting and mentoring nursing students and junior staff
  • Providing education to residents and families regarding care and health needs
  • Leading with professionalism and purpose — setting the tone for quality, respectful care
  • Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and regulatory compliance
