The Client Services Manager plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality care and support services for clients. This position is responsible for coordinating service delivery, maintaining client relationships, managing schedules, and supporting caregivers and companions. Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families.
- Coordinate and schedule care services in alignment with client needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate client records, care plans, and service notes in internal systems.
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and adjust services as needed.
- Collaborate with caregivers and other staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Monitor client progress and escalate issues to the appropriate team members.
- Support caregiver assignments, shift changes, and timekeeping as needed.
- Assist with onboarding of employees and new clients.
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA, state health requirements).

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
- NA or CNA certification (REQUIRED)
- 18+ years of age.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Caregiving experience (5+ years)
- Proficiency in scheduling or client management software (e.g., WellSky, Clear Care, or similar).
- Knowledge of healthcare or home care industry standards and best practices is a plus.
