In this role, you will be a key contributor to improving productivity, efficiency, and ergonomics across the production floor. You'll collaborate closely with Production Teams to assess constraints, optimize labor usage, and implement effective solutions that drive operational excellence.

Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Plant Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to improving productivity, efficiency, and ergonomics across the production floor. You'll collaborate closely with Production Teams to assess constraints, optimize labor usage, and implement effective solutions that drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workstation analysis focused on workload balancing, productivity improvements, and ergonomic assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Production Teams to identify operational constraints and develop actionable improvement plans.
- Manage and analyze off-standard labor data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor ongoing issues and provide clear, data-driven recommendations for next steps.
- Utilize manpower planning techniques and ensure alignment with Required-To-Operate (RTO) standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years in an industrial engineering role, particularly in a plant or manufacturing setting.
- Proven experience working as an Industrial Engineer within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of labor standards, production metrics, and ergonomic principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives on the shop floor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
