About the position: As the Quality Assurance Documentation Coordinator, your responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's document control system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. This role supports quality assurance efforts by organizing, tracking, and safeguarding documentation critical to operations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Administer and maintain electronic document control systems
  • Ensure and maintain compliance with document control policies, regulations, and industry standards
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external audits
  • Support preparation and response efforts for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews
  • Track and maintain records related to vendor assessments and re-evaluations
  • Identify and implement improvements in document management processes
  • Support cross-functional teams in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist in the onboarding of new staff by ensuring access to current documentation

You should have:

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology) or a related discipline
  • Preferred: Coursework or experience in quality management systems and regulatory compliance

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in document control or records management, preferably in a regulated environment (clinical, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or healthcare setting)
  • Experience supporting internal or external audits
  • Experience with controlled document systems and workflows
  • Experience in technical writing, especially related to SOPs and quality documentation

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with document control systems (e.g., MediaLab, MasterControl, Confluence)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing for SOPs and policies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with audit preparation and regulatory compliance
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, onsite at the main office in Little Rock, AR.
