Pay range starting at $27.04, final salary depending upon experience.
Education
Qualifications:
High school Diploma or GED preferred or related experience in business
Experience
A Minimum of three to five years mortgage lending experience in the area of doc drawing and funding is required.
Knowledge And Skills
A thorough working knowledge of FNMA, Freddie Mac, VA, and FHA loan documents and servicing requirements. Training from various internal and external sources in compliance, systems and procedures related to servicing. Must be computer literate.

- Final compliance check to ensure all required disclosures are complete and in the final loan approval package
- Generation of final loan documents to be signed by the member
- Ordering of wired funds and transmittal of these funds to title
- Review of all final signed loan documents from Title Company to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Review of pre audit and final HUD-1 settlement statement
- Communicate closing instructions in a well written, concise manner to title
- Confirm all closing instructions have been followed and conditions have been met prior to funding
- Balance final HUD with closing agent
- For Texas loan closings, this position would be responsible for working with TruWest Attorneys and title companies on loan closings
- Post funding review of LOS accuracy and update final status
- Follow credit union policies for compliance with all laws and regulations, specifically, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, Security Policies and Confidentiality Policies.
- Prep file for final docs
- Work with Title Company to schedule loan closings
- Receipt of all final signed loan documents from Title Company
- Working closely with loan servicing to book loans in a timely manner
- Completes and provides wire instructions to the title company
- Other duties as assigned
