Key Responsibilities
Current-State Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel campaigns using HubSpot and other tools; manage email marketing calendars, segmentation, and workflows.
- Maintain clean, actionable data across Salesforce and HubSpot; support list creation, reporting, and campaign follow-up.
- Lead logistics and planning for marketing events including trade shows (domestic and international), webinars, and customer dinners.
- Assist with content creation and publishing (decks, landing pages, one-pagers, website updates).
- Support Sales team with enablement materials and campaign support.
- Plan and execute international events and tradeshows, including cross-functional coordination for global logistics and lead capture.
- Collaborate with Sales and Ops teams to optimize lead nurturing, scoring, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Assist in the rollout of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
- Support deeper integration of HubSpot workflows with sales enablement tools and reporting.
- Identify areas for process automation and improvement in campaign execution.
- Contribute to the expansion of a global brand presence, including localized content and international campaign execution.
- Leverage intent data platforms (6sense, Demandbase) to target key accounts and refine segmentation strategies.
- Support enhancements to our digital infrastructure, including CMS, SEO, and web analytics.
- Bring new ideas for visual content, digital engagement, and scalable marketing processes.
- 2â??4 years of experience in a broad marketing role, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS, or hardware/software environments.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (certification a plus) and Salesforce.
- Proven track record managing and executing events and tradeshows, including international coordination.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a startup/ramp-up environment with limited structure and evolving priorities.
- Familiarity with ABM strategies, intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
- Creative tool experience (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
- Multilingual or international marketing experience is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% or more, as required by business needs.
- Valid passport and driver's license with no infractions that would limit the ability to travel.
