Job Description
Provides analytical and technical support for expense budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Works closely with finance leadership and system users to streamline financial workflows, enhance data integrity, and support strategic planning through accurate, timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key analyst for expense budgeting, overseeing configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of financial systems including Workday Adaptive.
- Lead ERP implementation tasks, including data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing to support long-term planning initiatives.
- Develop and refine predictive models (e.g., R-based) to guide flex budgeting strategies and improve forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate the expense budget planning process, including KPI development, variance analysis, and presentation of insights to senior leadership.
- Use SQL and ETL workflows to manage financial data pipelines and automate key reporting tasks.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and financial modeling to identify and recommend operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Validate and audit financial data regularly to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reporting reliability.
