National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Systems Administrator to join our team. The Service Administrator has responsibility management of all IT systems at your location. Provides premier customer service and uses teamwork to reach job performance goals. Also, assures IT needs are met and provides communication as needed or upon direction of Management concerning the systems.

Key responsibilities would include:
- System Setup and Maintenance: Installing and maintaining operating systems, software, and hardware; managing user accounts and access permissions; and ensuring proper network cable and software setup.
- Network Management: Managing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure (LANs/WANs), configuring network components (routers, switches, firewalls), and monitoring network performance.
- Server Administration: Managing network servers and technology tools, ensuring server security and performance, and managing network backups.
- Security and Data Protection: Implementing security measures, performing security audits, ensuring security through access controls and firewalls, following company policy.
- Technical Support: Providing technical support to employees, responding to service requests, and training users on system functionalities.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining documentation of system configurations and procedures, tracking system performance and support tickets, and building custom reports.
- Collaboration and Improvement: Collaborating with other IT professionals, researching new hardware/software solutions, staying updated on industry trends, and potentially assisting with software integrations.
- Responsible for communications systems, phones, networks, cabling, hardware, security systems and other electronic infrastructure.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or 2 years of work experience as a System or Network Administrator.
- Experience with various operating systems and platforms.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and security protocols.
- Experience with databases and relevant management software.
- Ability to create scripts for automation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- 100% on-site work with potential travel.
- Potential for extended periods of standing, walking, or sitting.
- Occasional lifting of computer equipment and safely operating boom and scissor lifts perform tasks at elevated heights.
- Possible on-call availability and flexible work hours
