What You’ll Do

As a Detailer at CollisionRight, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Vehicle Detailing: Clean, detail, and inspect vehicles before returning them to customers, ensuring top-notch quality.
  • Quality Check: Carefully inspect vehicles for any defects in the repaired area and notify the GM or technician if any issues are found.
  • Shop Maintenance: Assist in keeping the shop and grounds clean, safe, and organized.
  • Light Repairs: Perform basic maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs and helping ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow shop safety rules, use personal protective equipment, and participate in safety meetings.
  • Team Support: Pitch in with other shop tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What You Bring

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Experience: Previous detailing or auto industry experience is preferred but not required
  • Skills: Attention to detail, strong communication, and a willingness to learn
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, dependable, and flexible—you’re ready to jump in where needed and take pride in your work
