About Oxford Collection: Oxford Collection is a growing hospitality group of 17 hotels and 3 full-service restaurants across the West Coast. We pride ourselves on regional authenticity, exceptional design, and curated guest experiences.
Work Location: Corporate Office (Bend, OR), supporting all U.S. Oxford Collection properties and restaurants, this is a fully on-site position that may require travel to hotel and restaraunt locations.

This position will be responsible for visual identity and messaging across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent and elevated brand expression across all properties and restaurants.

Graphic Design (60%)
- Design printed collateral including brochures and print ads
- Create, design, and manage the production of on-property marketing collateral such as menus, coasters, signage, and in-room materials; oversee ordering and delivery to ensure timely distribution across all locations
- Develop digital assets such as online ads, display creatives, social media graphics, and email templates
- Adapt designs for each property’s unique aesthetic while maintaining overall brand cohesion
- Manage multiple concurrent design projects and maintain asset library/version control
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform brand positioning and design direction
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines (logos, color palettes, typography, tone of voice)
- Audit marketing materials and guest touchpoints to ensure consistency across channels
- Collaborate with leadership and property teams to develop brand narrative and messaging
- Support content creation for social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Occasionally write and design social media posts as needed
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
- End-to-end creation, management, and implementation of occasional paid social ad campaigns
- Willingness to travel to properties for photo shoots, assisting with art direction and capturing on-brand visual content for marketing use
- Adhere to attendance policies and maintain regular availability

- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, in-house or agency
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print and digital design
- Solid understanding of brand strategy fundamentals
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools for email/social design (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Figma)
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
- Experience in hospitality or lifestyle branding
- Motion design or short-form video skills
- Basic copywriting abilities for short-form content
- Long hours sometimes required, including nights, evenings and weekends
- Occasional overnight travel is required
- Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally:
- Must be able to work indoors or outside;
- Must be able to stand on feet throughout the day;
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs with assistance;
- Must be able to bend, squat crawl, kneel, push, pull, walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis;
- While primarily an indoor job, must be able to walk outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat);
- Must be able to climb stairs occasionally, both indoors and outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat)
