Join our Pediatric ER leadership team at a Level 1 Trauma Center caring for patients from newborns to 18+ years old.
- Lead and support nursing staff, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical practices, quality standards, and staff performance.
- Manage projects, coordinate staffing, and facilitate staff education and coaching.
- Possess RN licensure with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with ER leadership background.
- Demonstrate strong skills in quality management, resource planning, team building, and effective communication.
