- Seeking a competent RN capable of practicing independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care, and managing long-term goals.
- Responsibilities include assessing patients, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
- Administers medications, monitors effects, documents care, and educates patients and families.
- Qualifications include a BSN preferred, at least 1 year of related nursing experience, and current RN license and BLS certification.
- Additional certifications such as NRP, STABLE, ACLS, and others may be required within specified grace periods.
- Work schedule varies; full-time night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM.
