- Participates in patient interviews, mental status assessments, and reviews records.
- Implements appropriate therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, family, and evidence-based models.
- Collaborates with treatment team members to monitor patient progress.
- Ensures accurate and timely documentation in medical records.
- Coordinates services and community resources as needed.
- Requires current state licensure in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, with 1-2 years of postgraduate experience.
