Seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to work at one of three California locations (Victorville, San Jacinto, Rancho Mirage).
- Offering an annual salary of $250k-$300k, with benefits including 6 weeks' vacation, health/dental/vision insurance, paid holidays, 401k, and life insurance.
- Responsibilities include providing pain management using medications and referrals, educating patients on lifestyle and disease management, collaborating with a transdisciplinary team, maintaining detailed medical records, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
- Qualifications include California MD or DO license, board certification in Internal Medicine, and a valid CPR and Controlled Substance Registration. Pain management experience is preferred but not required.
- Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with rotating weekend on-call. This in-person role requires physical stamina and adherence to care standards.
