YOUR MISSION:

• Manage Industrial Design Team members
• Oversee all Industrial Design projects, ensuring, trending, high quality designs
• Oversee market research, competitor research, concept sketch, rendering concepts, coloring, cosmetic matrix, and reviews of new product concepts.
• Work closely with Project Teams, Innovation, and Product Marketing to define and understand product objectives, market trends, and Innovation technologies.
• Direct Asia supply partners on the design and development of new products, processes, and technology
• Prepare sketches, detailed drawings, illustrations, artwork, and renderings using all Industrial Design techniques.
• Modify and refine designs to conform to product development specifications, production limitations, or engineering needs.
• Research new trends in golf club markets regarding color, process, materials, techniques, and outside industries, to develop new product knowledge and enhance departmental design and development capabilities.
• Manage headcover design and development.
  
  

YOUR TALENT:

• 8-10+ years experience Industrial Design, preferably in golf, with management experience preferred
• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Design
• Experience in working with a well-respected, innovative equipment brand preferred
• Ability to lead and guide all industrial design efforts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
• Exceptional follow through and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time and work against business deadlines.
• High level of energy, initiative and professionalism.
• Innovative and entrepreneurial approaches to business issues.
• Passion for Golf and for the Product.

The Hiring range base pay for this position is $99,200 - $163,700 + Bonus + Benefits
