- Responsibilities: The Assistant Nurse Manager at Clovis Community will support a dynamic Short Stay Surgery team, overseeing pre- and post-procedural care for patients with mid to low acuity. This role involves managing operations for over 26,000 surgical cases annually, ensuring efficient patient flow, improving outcomes, and providing compassionate care. The position emphasizes staff development, performance improvement, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment. As part of the unit leadership team, this exempt role involves 8-hour shifts.
- Qualifications: Current and valid RN license in California, BLS certification from AHA, and required unit-specific certifications are necessary.
- Pay & Schedule: Compensation ranges from $68.37 to $88.88 per hour, with shifts available during day, evening, and night hours. This is an in-person position.
