- Performs unit-specific competencies and supports patient throughput, discharge, and transfer planning.
- Ensures safe practice, quality care, and compliance with regulations.
- Maintains health information documentation, manages medical equipment, and processes medical orders.
- Interprets patient charts, ensures safety, and participates in quality improvement.
