Seeking a Night RN Team Lead for a 26-bed, renovated unit specializing in complex medical and surgical patient care, including IV drug-related infections requiring long-term treatment.
- Lead and support staff, foster effective communication, and promote a positive, productive work environment.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Assist with staff development, scheduling, and resolving routine issues.
- Require RN licensure in Virginia, at least one year of clinical and leadership experience, and certifications such as CPR, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
- Computer skills for electronic medical records are necessary, along with completing behavioral health de-escalation training within four months.
- This full-time role is based at a hospital in Roanoke, VA, with night shifts every other week.
