We are seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor I in Yakima, WA, to lead and support a behavioral health team within the WISe program.
- Provides supervision, coaching, and training to staff, managing performance and fostering professional growth.
- Oversees program operations, monitors client care, and ensures documentation accuracy.
- Manages caseloads, participates in recruitment, and supports staff development.
- Coordinates with community partners, responds to crises, and performs clinical assessments.
- Requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of behavioral health experience, supervisory skills, and licensure or certification.
- Proficiency with computer programs, knowledge of DSM, therapeutic approaches, and cultural resources is essential.
