About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our Customer Support team. Whether you choose to work remotely or from our office, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our clients. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires excellent communication skills in English, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

What You'll Do

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information, solutions, or alternatives to resolve their issues.
  • Manage and update customer accounts, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records of problem resolutions within the company’s CRM.
  • Provide a positive experience to every customer by actively listening to their concerns and demonstrating empathy.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution rates.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer support, or similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and quality of service.
  • Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • A reliable internet connection (for remote roles) and a quiet workspace or ability to work in our office.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

26 - 29 USD per hour(Remote (Austin, Texas, US))
