Opportunity

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Knowledge Manager to support our team in Huntsville, AL.

As a Knowledge Manager, you will leverage your expertise in SharePoint development and the Microsoft Power Platform to deliver high-impact solutions that improve collaboration, efficiency, and data accessibility across the organization. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications and automation workflows, while ensuring SharePoint Online environments are secure, up-to-date, and user-friendly.

Duties Include

  • Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and permissions.
  • Design and implement solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate (Flow) to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and deliver user-focused applications.
  • Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions, workflows, and site structures.
  • Design graphics and visuals to support site branding, user experience, and internal communications.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to meet evolving business needs.


Qualifications

  • Experience developing in SharePoint Online, including permissions, customization, and content management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, UI/UX principles, and user adoption strategies.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • An active DOD security Clearance.


Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.


Desired Skills

  • Experience with Model-Driven Power Apps.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integration and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Knowledge of DoD or government contracting environments.
