- Following Strategic Planning Office processes and templates for delivery.
- Manage overall project plans and be responsible for all delivery workstreams: Requirements, Development, Testing, UAT, and Business Readiness.
- Manage change control effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead communications with executive leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Enhance the overall user experience of a retirement platform by improving site structure and navigation.
- Financial Industry knowledge, with a preference for experience in Retirement.
- Proven project management experience with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with project management tools and lifecycles.
- Ability to modernize and align project deliverables with current brand standards.
