Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on construction tasks including drywall, painting, concrete, wood framing, tile, flooring, and cabinet installation.
• Safely operate tools and machinery such as concrete mixers, jackhammers, pneumatic tools, and scaffolding.
• Follow all job site safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and ensure quality workmanship.
• Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and materials handling.
• Take direction from supervisors and project managers to support smooth project execution.
  
  

Qualifications

• Required: 4+ years of drywall and painting experience (6+ years preferred).
• 4 years of experience in drywall, framing, insulation, millwork and trim, and painting.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. unassisted and stand for long periods.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
• OSHA 10 and Lead Paint Certification preferred (company-provided training available).

Work Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
