We’re searching for a highly qualified Executive Strategy Analyst to work closely with our Chief Operations Officer (“COO”) / Chief of Staff (“COS”)
From Day 1, this role will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing project management, and communicating objectives to departments. The ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and inter-departmental collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and inter-departmental collaboration.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Define operational strategies by working with CEO and other executives on special projects
- Lead special projects for areas the COO / COS personally oversees
- Set key project milestones, build and maintain project trackers, monitor and report out KPIs
- Liaise with third-party advisors/Legal/HR/Finance teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to the COS and executive leadership, elevating insights and analysis on company operations, key management decisions and other areas
- Develop subject-matter expertise, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, critical employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding employees; addressing critical internal and external customer complaints; and problem resolution in consensus building environment
- Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
- Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them; assist in department hiring plans

- Experience with corporate carveouts, divestitures, and private equity ownership is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year accredited college or university with experience working in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, or inter-departmental corporate roles
- MBA accepted in lieu of experience
- 5+ years of experience
