Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor of B2C Field Operations to oversee and assist our internal and external workforce responsible for delivering telecommunications services to our Optimum Communities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and team leadership within the telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a diverse team of field operations professionals, including Business Partners, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, including safety standards and quality assurance.
- Assist in creating project scopes for various Managed Wi-Fi projects and validating work that has been completed and invoiced.
- Provide on-site support/coordination as needed, for Managed Wi-Fi installations and service calls.
- Ability to travel if needed to support installation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to business customers, including sales, customer support, and network operations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, telecommunications, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets in a B2C or B2B environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
- Knowledge of telecommunications networks, technologies, and industry trends.
- Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
