Summary Of Role

Element Science is seeking a Sr. Manager, Commercial Data & Analytics to build and scale the data foundation that supports our Customer Service, Field Operations, Marketing and Sales teams as we enter commercialization. This role will design, implement, and maintain the data and reporting infrastructure that connects Salesforce, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Niko Health, distribution platforms, patient communications software, Tableau, and sales enablement tools.

This individual will play a critical role in providing insights to Senior Leadership and Investors, helping tell the story of commercialization, market adoption, and scaling expectations. The ideal candidate is both technically hands-on and strategically oriented, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the data architecture and reporting ecosystem across Commercial, Customer Success, Marketing, and Field Operations.
  • Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, RCM, Niko Health, distribution software, patient communication platforms, and sales enablement tools.
  • Develop Tableau dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide visibility into sales pipeline, field service productivity, patient engagement, and commercial adoption.
  • Leverage AI/ML tools and techniques to optimize reporting, identify trends, and generate predictive insights across Customer Service, Field Operations, Marketing and Sales, enhancing decision-making and scalability.
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, and IT/IS to define technical requirements and implement scalable data solutions.
  • Provide analytics and insights to support quarterly management review meetings, Board and investor updates, and senior leadership reviews.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and integrity across commercial systems and reporting.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on systems and data that power the commercial organization, driving efficiency and adoption.
  • Support the Sales team with actionable tools and reporting to optimize customer engagement and field productivity.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to support scalability as the company grows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Data Analytics, or Business Systems in MedTech, Biotech, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver integrated commercial analytics and reporting in a high-growth, regulated environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Tableau, RCM tools, and integration software.
  • Proficiency in applying AI-driven analytics (e.g., predictive modeling, natural language processing, or machine learning-enabled dashboards) to uncover actionable insights and improve commercial performance.
  • Strong understanding of sales tools, CRM, and data architecture that supports commercialization.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in technical build and execution.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

The salary for this exempt-level position will be based on experience and qualifications within an established pay range.

  • Pay range: $170,000 - $180,000
