Tenet is hiring a Business Develop Representative primarily responsible for identifying, developing and increasing revenue and profitability with new and existing customers. As a business development representative, you will also be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships and strategic partnerships to foster business growth. Additionally, you will drive the end-to-end sales process, collaborating closely with the sales team for seamless lead hand off and information sharing.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in construction related sales or business development.
- Deep understanding of the construction industry and construction material.

- Utilize channels such as cold-calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking events to generate new sales leads and increase revenue.
- Cultivate customer intimacy through regular communication and follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
- Evaluate potential clients and determine their needs, budget and decision-making process.
- Partner with the sales team to nurture leads and provide insights that facilitate closing sales.
- Collect and analyze data on the company, competitors, pricing, products and market trends, reporting findings to leadership.
- Inform customers about new products and conduct demonstrations as needed.
- Oversee competitive bidding and follow-up on quotations to customers.
- Engage in trade shows and business development events to connect with customers, vendors and company partners.
- Liaise with City Desk, Account Management, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate customer order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, Accounting, and Marketing teams to support Tenet’s business objectives.
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks and delegate responsibilities when appropriate.
- Uphold compliance and safety standards consistently.
- Advocate for Tenet’s Mission, Vision, Values and the Employee Operating Code.
