Key Responsibilities
- Support the Field Superintendent with daily site operations
- Operate skid steer and attachments for site work
- Perform mowing, snow plowing, and general landscaping
- Assist with site grading using a laser level
- Help install driveway culverts and gravel
- Maintain cleanliness and safety across job sites
- Transport dump trailers and unload at transfer stations
- Organize and maintain shop areas and material inventory
- Maintain truck and equipment logs
- Assist with punch-out framing and end-of-project checklists
- Run material pick-ups and deliveries as needed
- Install yard signage for active and completed projects
- Learn water softener installation and maintenance
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor preferred
- Ability to operate or learn to operate a skid steer and attachments
- Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment care knowledge
- Physical ability to lift, move, and carry materials safely
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Competitive hourly pay: $18-$25/hr based on experience

- Occasional weekend work may be required based on seasonal tasks or project needs
