Sales and Service Associate, with an unforgettable personality, a forever smile, and a passion to serve our guests are the focal point to building our brand and providing best in class customer service to our guests. We welcome unique personalities, just as our swim curriculum is founded on guided play! We want to attract candidates that like to smile, laugh often, work with kids, and have FUN. This role interacts directly with our customers on a daily basis.

You must be excited to work in a fun, fast paced environment to make every interaction a positive unforgettable experience for our guests. With our unique, high standard developmental programs you will master the art of guest experience and can grow professionally into an exciting career. You will be trained as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor so should be prepared to get in the pool and interact with the kids, but your primary responsibilities will be at the Front Desk.

CUSTOMER FOCUS:
- Consistently provide exceptional guest service and enthusiastically create an unforgettable experience through personal interactions with our guests.
- Become knowledgeable of the Goldfish Swim School Brand and be able to persuade and influence action from the customers by understanding their needs and articulating product benefits.
- Contribute to the success of the school by driving specific business metrics
- Build friendships based on collaboration, integrity, compassion, and trust to create a great place to work that is reflected by the exceptional guest service.
- Participate and/or initiate special duties and projects to enhance operational efficiency and improve the guest experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must have the ability to move swiftly throughout crowded facility during peak hours
- Must have the capability to positively engage customers at a high-volume store with diverse customer base
- Available to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business including mornings, evenings, weekends, and call-in shifts (if permitted)
- No retail experience is required but is preferred.
