- Designs and implements intervention programs, which remediate deficit speech/language skills of identified patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on care plans and provide speech pathology training to team members as needed.
- Educate clients and families on speech therapy techniques and related challenges.
- Document all evaluation data, treatments, and client progress promptly.
- Participate in the periodic revision of care plans, updating the physician on client status and obtaining additional orders as required.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience working with specific populations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with speech therapy software and tools.
- State licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
