Key Responsibilities
- Assist with framing, drywall installation, and painting tasks on residential remodeling projects
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Load and unload materials and tools as needed
- Support carpenters, installers, and foremen with day-to-day site activities
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Perform additional labor duties as required
- 4+ Years experience in framing, drywall, and painting is highly preferred
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Willingness to learn and grow within the construction industry
