Team Lead - GTM Solutions US

Your mission

As a key leader in our US market expansion, you will drive MIC’s growth by scaling, stabilizing, and supporting the implementation of our product portfolio in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This role offers the opportunity to directly shape the success of our North America-focused solutions. You will lead a high-impact team that acts as a strategic sparring partner across internal teams and with customers, enabling the delivery of innovative, high-quality customs software tailored to the needs of the US market. Your work will directly contribute to increased profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Team Leadership & Culture Building: Foster a positive, value-driven team culture in collaboration with the Scrum Master
• Employee Development & Support: Guide the personal and professional growth of your interdisciplinary team members
• Resource & Capacity Management: Plan, allocate, and monitor team resources effectively
• Operational & Project Accountability: Ensure successful software project execution, budget control, and timely invoicing in alignment with MIC guidelines
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Actively participate in hiring processes and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires
  
  

Your Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading an IT or Product Stream team
• Completed university degree
• Understand IT processes and project management
• Knowledge/experience in customs and trade compliance
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organization, planning and time management skills, solution oriented
