What You'll Do
Customer Support & Ticketing
- Assist in managing the Zendesk ticketing system, including updating records and assigning tickets.
- Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to ensure accurate and timely communication.
- Compile and monitor departmental performance data for reporting purposes.
- Support product transfers between domestic warehouses and track shipment statuses.
- Assist in documenting and scheduling international container shipments.
- Maintain inventory tracking in ERP systems and issue low-stock alerts.
- Provide administrative support for cross-functional operations projects.
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, take meeting notes, and track follow-up actions.
- Maintain and update department documentation, templates, and process guides.
- Input and maintain accurate data in ERP systems.
- Assist in creating and updating dashboards for Customer Service, Technical Support, and Marketing using Excel or Tableau.
- Generate and format weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Assist with demo room scheduling, affiliate shipments, and coordination with the marketing team.
- Provide basic fulfillment support for special projects or key partners.
Required:
- 1–2 years of administrative, operations, or logistics support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, consumer products, or logistics operations.
- Being bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.
- Regular office hours with occasional flexibility for shipping deadlines or special projects.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work; occasional lifting of packages or product samples.
