Job Summary
The Soccer Instructor/Official is a critical role on any field; responsible for enforcing rules while also cultivating a positive culture, acting as an on-field coach, and advocating for the programs. This role has a direct impact on players, coaches, and spectators each and every game day.

- A team-based atmosphere with a focus on Fun!

We are currently hiring for our Fall season at the following venue:
- Juanita High School (Sunday afternoons): 9/14 to 10/26
- Study and enforce i9 Sports rules and safety for all players. Stripes and whistle provided by employee.
- Instruct players during practice using age-appropriate practice plans developed by i9 Sports.
- Keep time and score during the game; manage an age-appropriate level of instruction and competition.
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills (Email, text, verbal, written). Responsiveness is critical.
- Sports officiating, playing or coaching experience is a must.
- Enthusiasm, strong work ethic and trustworthiness.
- Situational awareness, attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as a team.
- Commit to working weekends for the full duration of the 7-week season.
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.
- Must have reliable transportation and be dependable. We do not tolerate callouts.
