We are Regency Village at Bend, centrally located in beautiful Bend, OR. We are a retirement and assisted living community providing each individual compassionate care in a nurturing environment. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team.
As a caregiver, you assist our senior residents in their daily well-being, including personal services, medication assistance, social-recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks. You will report to the wellness director.

As a caregiver, you assist our senior residents in their daily well-being, including personal services, medication assistance, social-recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks. You will report to the wellness director.
You Will
- Follow the resident service plan including; assistance, bathing, grooming, administering medication, and other activities of daily living (ADLs), noting changes in the resident condition.
- Communicate problems, concerns, and issues with resident apartments, buildings, and grounds with an appropriate team member.
- Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures.
- Comply with regulatory standards and OSHA guidelines, and incident reporting guidelines.
- Relate and communicate with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees.
- Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and home-like environment for residents.
- Preferred candidates have six months of experience in senior caregiving. If new to healthcare, we will train.
- Exude a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe demeanor.
- Compose reports in English.
