This key leadership role requires expertise in water, sewer, and storm drain systems, as well as the ability to manage personnel, maintain high safety and quality standards, and ensure timely project completion. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of utility pipe crews
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction specifications
• Oversee installation of water, sewer, and storm drainage systems
• Maintain project schedules and enforce safety and quality standards
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Ensure trench safety and compliance with OSHA and company protocols
• Manage crew productivity and offer hands-on support as needed
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, and tool needs
• Complete daily reports and maintain accurate project documentation
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of underground utility installation experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and trench safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus
• Reliable transportation to field sites

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday - Friday | Overtime as Needed

Location

Field-based work in and around Harrisville, UT. Must be available to report to project sites daily.
