What You’ll Do
Client Care & Case Management:
- Conduct in-home visits to assess client satisfaction and care quality
- Continuously update care plans based on changing client needs
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families to ensure the highest level of care
- Introduce caregivers to clients and provide hands-on training to ensure success
- Observe, coach, and guide caregivers during field visits to promote high standards of care
- Support new hires by instilling best practices, creating an environment of learning, and mentoring them
- Conduct regular quality checks and document field observations
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies to maintain care excellence
- Collect client and caregiver feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Experience in Senior Care or Healthcare Management: Ideally, experience in home care or a similar field (CNA, LPN, or RN preferred, but not required)
- Excellent Care Planning & Client Assessment Skills: You should be skilled at managing care plans and ensuring high-quality service
- Confident Communicator & Supportive Leader: You’ll need to build relationships with caregivers, clients, and families, so being a strong communicator and a team player is essential
- Ability to Work Independently: As this is a field-based role, you must be self-motivated and able to manage your time efficiently
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation: Willingness to travel throughout the service area
- Hands-on Care: Ability to assist with caregiving when needed (CNA, LPN, or RN a plus)
- Salary: $40,000–$50,000 per year (based on experience)
