We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist with OEM/EMS experience to join our team. In this role, you will be the key link between our clients and internal teams—ensuring that every order is delivered on time, to spec, and at the highest quality. You will coordinate the end-to-end order lifecycle, support operational efficiency initiatives, and provide insights that help drive cost optimization, process improvements, and business growth.

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist with OEM/EMS experience to join our team. In this role, you will be the key link between our clients and internal teams—ensuring that every order is delivered on time, to spec, and at the highest quality. You will coordinate the end-to-end order lifecycle, support operational efficiency initiatives, and provide insights that help drive cost optimization, process improvements, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Operations & Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing daily communications on orders, timelines, and technical or logistical requirements.
- Coordinate across internal teams—to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Track production progress, shipment schedules, and inventory status, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays or issues.
- Align internal resources with client requirements, ensuring production capacity and supply chain readiness.
- Work closely with internal teams to manage relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of components.
- Support cost analysis and margin optimization by tracking material costs, labor, and logistics expenses.
- Monitor production efficiency, quality metrics, and supplier performance, and collaborate with teams to implement improvements.
- Assist leadership in developing client proposals, quotations, and presentations that highlight our manufacturing capabilities and value.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify new opportunities within our target industries.
- Maintain and track the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on client inquiries, quotes, and negotiations.
- Analyze operational and sales data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for cost savings.
- Support the automation and digitization of workflows to improve efficiency in client communication and internal operations.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on KPIs such as lead times, on-time delivery rates, and profitability for management review.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business operations, account coordination, or supply chain within a manufacturing/OEM environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain coordination, and vendor management (experience in consumer electronics manufacturing a plus).
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred.
- Strong analytical skills; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English to manage both domestic and international client and supplier communications.
- Onsite - We are located in Cupertino CA, in office 5 days a week
